First came across this Birmingham band back in 2021 with the release of ‘Otherside of Midnight’ in February that year, one of my favorite songs from that year.
There have been been many more, with that clean, guitar Indie sound.
This is one of those.
Blush
This song has lots going for it, with a very cool medley section after a hard opening, that goes full grunge just after half way.
I have only just discovered this group, and have featured them on my artist Spotlight page - read it here.
Blush is one to watch out for, and really looking forward to more of their music.
Rum Jungle
From their new album “Marginalia”, frankly a good, very typical Australian Indie song.

Blondshell (real name Sabrina Teitelbaum) is originally from New York, USA, and is now based in Los Angeles, California, with music composed and written by herself.
Such a great Indie Rock song, even if Spotify calls it bubblegrunge (eh?)
Really like the driving beat, and the guitar backing and breakout is very cool.
